Common use of Partial Prepayment of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Partial Prepayment of Certificates. Upon surrender of any Certificate prepaid in part only, the Trust Administrator shall execute and deliver to the Owner thereof, at the expense of the District, a new Certificate or Certificates of authorized denominations equal in aggregate principal amount to the unprepaid portion of the Certificate surrendered and of the same interest rate and the same maturity.
