Partial Requirements Service. Partial Requirements Service shall mean wholesale service to supply a specified portion, but not all, of the power needs of a Load Serving Entity to serve end-users within the PJM Region that are not satisfied by its own generating facilities. 1. 60A Perfomance Assessment Hour: Performance Assessment Hour shall have the meaning specified in Attachment DD of the PJM Tariff.
