Participant for less dun 5 years. An Employee who has been a Participant in the Plan for less than 5 years may withdraw only the amount which has been in his or her Individual Account attributable to Employer Contributions for at least 2 full Plan Years, measured from the date such contributions were allocated. However, if the distribution is on account of hardship, the Participant may withdraw up to his or her entire Vested portion of the Participant's Individual Account. For this purpose, hardship shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(A)(4) of the Code.
