Participant Registration Clause Samples
Participant Registration. Virginia Tech students will be nominated by the academic department to ensure students meet Virginia Tech’s institutional requirements for study abroad. The final selection of all participants in the program from the Virginia Tech student body shall remain in the sole and absolute discretion of the specific department for which the program is designed for. All Virginia Tech students selected to participate shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Contractor as detailed within the Executed Addendum. Full program payment is due 30 days prior to the start of a program. The Contractor will issue an invoice to Virginia Tech a minimum of 60 days prior to the start of a program. Participants are responsible for remitting payment directly to the Contractor for the program fee and services rendered.
Participant Registration. The candidates wishing to enroll in these courses must have the appropriate degree and the basic knowledge necessary to follow the established academic Program. Candidates will be selected by ISU according to this requirement. CDIUV will make reasonable efforts to secure registration for participants in preferred standard courses. When that is not possible, ISU should be notified immediately and agreement reached on appropriate substitute courses.

Participant Registration. Host shall only utilize USA LACROSSE provided registration platform for pre-registered and day of Clinic walk up registrants. Host shall receive Participants’ information, including their name, contact information, health issues, to name just a few; information that is pertinent to know prior to the clinic. Host agrees that this information shall solely be used for future communication about Lacrosse based programming.
Participant Registration. A. CSCF must ensure that all employees who will be trained under the agreement and are registered in Employ Florida Marketplace before training begins.
a) The employer can only receive reimbursement under the agreement for employees that complete the registration Employ Florida Registration consists of each selected employee completing a registration in Employ Florida and sign a general release of confidential information.
b) The employer will include the release of employee information which includes, but is not limited to, social security numbers, proof of residency, identification, as well as wage information.
B. The employer must require selected employees to attend and complete the training once scheduled. Voluntary attendance at training will not be approved.

Before a Participant participates in a Class after the effective date hereof (whether a new or returning Participant), AFFILIATE shall obtain from such Participant a PD Gladiators Network Registration Form (“Registration Form”) in the form attached as Exhibit D. AFFILIATE shall promptly submit Part I of the Registration Form to PFI. AFFILIATE should keep a copy of all Registration Forms, which should be accessible during Classes to assist in compliance with Network Best Practices.
