Participants and Allocation. The Association shall determine the number of whole shares of Common Stock with respect to which each Participant shall be awarded an Option on each subsequent Grant Date and shall provide NWA Corp. with a statement of the formula governing such allocations no later than ninety (90) days prior to the Second Grant Date.
