Common use of Participating Addendum Term Clause in Contracts

Participating Addendum Term. This Participating Addendum shall be effective when it is executed by both parties and approved as required by applicable law. Unless terminated earlier, this Participating Addendum shall terminate as of the date that the Master Agreement terminates. The expiration or termination of this Participating Addendum will not affect any then current Contract, which will have the term set forth therein. Order of Precedence.
