Common use of Participating Employer Clause in Contracts

Participating Employer. Participating Employer" means: (a) Deluxe; (b) any Person (other than an individual) that Deluxe has approved for participation in, has accepted participation in, and which is participating in, a Plan sponsored by Deluxe; or (c) any Person (other than an individual) which, by the terms of such Plan, participates in such Plan or any employees of which, by the terms of such Plan, participate in or are covered by such Plan.
