Participating Vessel Catch Reports. 18 To enable each Member and the Sector to monitor the Members’ compliance with this 20 landing-by-landing basis, by providing the Manager with a copy of the official Vessel Trip Report, 21 Electronic Vessel Trip Report (“EVTR”), or other reporting document authorized by NMFS within 22 24 hours, or as soon as possible thereafter, of offloading retained catch or prior to departing on 23 a subsequent trip, whichever occurs first, in the form and manner prescribed by the Manager.
