Participation in Consultation. The Parties agree that, during the term of this Agreement, the Optionor will be entitled, at all times, to participate in any and all scheduled discussions and consultation with any First Nations with respect to any matters pertaining to the Property, including the permitting thereof, and the Optionee will provide the Optionor with details of any unscheduled discussions as may occur with any First Nation.
