Participation in Digital Programming. All Digitized Theatres with the necessary equipment to exhibit an event are available for Digital Programming Services either automatically or subject to Cinemark’s approval, based on criteria specified in Exhibit B. The Parties agree that Cinemark will pay LLC a percentage of ticket revenue as set forth on Exhibit B for Digital Programming Services described on Exhibit A, Section B.
