Common use of Participation in Interview Clause in Contracts

Participation in Interview. The Department may neither threaten an employee with disciplinary action nor promise an employee a reward to obtain the employee’s participation in an interview. However, the Department may inform an employee who refuses to respond to questions or participate in an interview that failure to answer questions directly related to the subject matter of the interview may result in disciplinary action.
