Participation in Training. The Authorizer shall attend all mandatory training seminars whether required in person or by video or telephone. If the Authorizer fails to participate in any mandatory training required by the Board, the Authorizer is subject to a finding of noncompliance and may be subject to revocation of its chartering authority. The Board shall provide notice of all mandatory training seminars within a reasonable time to permit attendance.
