Common use of Participations; Pledge Clause in Contracts

Participations; Pledge. (a) At any time and from time to time, each Lender may, in accordance with Applicable Law, grant participations in all or a portion of its Note and/or its interest in the Advances and other payments due to it under this Agreement to any Person (each, a “Participant”). Each Lender hereby acknowledges and agrees that (A) any such participation will not alter or affect such L▇▇▇▇▇’s direct obligations hereunder, and (B) none of the Borrower, the Servicer, the Facility Agent, any Lender, the Collateral Agent nor the Servicer shall have any obligation to have any communication or relationship with any Participant. The Borrower agrees that each Participant shall be entitled to the benefits of Section 4.3
