Common use of PARTICULAR OPERATIONS Clause in Contracts

PARTICULAR OPERATIONS. The Project and all Project signage shall be fully illuminated at all times during which the Project is open. Subject to applicable laws, Tenant shall have the right to erect or affix such signs and banners as Tenant may require in its discretion for directional, informational, promotional or advertising purposes upon windows, doors and walls (interior and exterior) of Project structures and otherwise on or about the Project. All signs and banners shall be in good taste and generally consistent with the themes and aesthetics of the Project.
