Particular Products or Orders Sample Clauses

The 'Particular Products or Orders' clause defines how specific products or individual orders are governed within the broader agreement. It typically outlines the process for identifying, specifying, and managing each product or order, such as requiring written confirmation or separate schedules for each transaction. This clause ensures that both parties clearly understand which products or orders are covered, reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over what is included under the contract.
