12.1.3 Details of all claims made and losses and accidents covered (in each case in excess of US$250,000) under any insurance policy by or on behalf of the Group in the preceding three years have been Fairly Disclosed in the Data Room or the Disclosure Letter and such details are true and accurate in all material respects, and not misleading.
12.1.4 The Group has no outstanding insurance claims and, so far as the Seller is aware, there are no facts, events, matters or circumstances which are likely to give rise to any material claim or require notification under any of the insurance policies in respect of which the Group has an interest and all such claims have been notified to the relevant insurers.
