PARTIES AND RECOGNITION. The Memorandum of Understanding is made and entered into between the Management representatives of the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park, hereinafter referred to as the "City" and representatives of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park City Employees Association, hereinafter referred to as the "Association", a formally recognized exclusive representative of the general unit of City employees pursuant to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act.
