Common use of Partly Paid Notes Clause in Contracts

Partly Paid Notes. If the Notes are Partly Paid Notes, they will be redeemed, whether at maturity, early redemption, or otherwise, in accordance with the provisions of this Condition 5 and the applicable Final Terms. In the case of early redemption, the Early Redemption Amount will be determined pursuant to paragraph (f) above.
