Common use of Password and Security Clause in Contracts

Password and Security. You agree not to give or make available your password or other means to access your account to any unauthorized individuals. If you believe that your password or other means to access your account has been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use the Service without your consent or has transferred money without your permission, you must notify us immediately. If you permit other persons to use the Service or your password or other means to access your account, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize. You agree that you are responsible for monitoring and reviewing all activity on your account. We recommend that you inspect your statements on a regular basis to look for improper or unauthorized transactions or any other irregularities, and to ensure that your accounts are being handled in a proper manner.
