Common use of Patch Management Clause in Contracts

UKG shall review all patches, updates, and upgrades of operating systems, middleware, or applications to all relevant components of the Services after they have been released by the manufacturer and tested by UKG. UKG shall manage the patching process prudently to assure that critical patches are applied in a timely manner consistent with the associated risk.
