Common use of Patent Coordinators Clause in Contracts

Patent Coordinators. DIVERSA and DOW shall each appoint a patent coordinator ("Patent Coordinator") who shall serve as such Party's primary liaison with the other Party on matters relating to ownership of Inventions, inventorship, patent filing, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement.
