Common use of Patent Expiry Clause in Contracts

Patent Expiry. During the Royalty Term and on a country-by-country and Product-by-Product basis, the (then applicable) royalty rate shall be reduced to [***] percent ([***] %) upon the expiration of the last-to-expire Patent that covers the composition of matter of such Product in such country.
