Patents, Copyrights, etc. The Contractor will release, indemnify and hold SUU, its officers, agents and employees harmless from liability of any kind or nature, including the Contractor's use of any copyrighted or un-copyrighted composition, secret process, patented or un-patented invention, article or appliance furnished or used in the performance of this contract.
