Paused. We will place your account on Pause for a predetermined time frame. A future startup date is required. (I.e. during the winter months – Pause in December and set a restart date for March 1st the following year). Account remains open and in good standing. You may keep your current year pricing.
Paused. The Driver has not yet agreed to new Driver legal document(s). Regardless of the fact that a new Driver was referred by a particular IMR, that Sponsorship IS able to be changed at will (by the Driver) only if ALL of the following conditions are met: a) The Driver in question can’t also be an IMR (in which case he or she is subject to all rules governing IMR Sponsorship changes) AND; b) It has been at least one (1) year since the Driver first became Active AND; c) The Driver hasn’t performed a delivery transaction (per the Compensation Plan) in over thirty (30) days AND; d) The new Sponsor must be an Active IMR (not just a Driver) If such a change does take place, any existing (if any, due to participation in the Driver Referral Program (see the Joi Delivers Terms of Service, Driver Addendum)) personally-sponsored (frontline) Drivers of the Driver who is changing Sponsors will become personally-sponsored by the previous immediate upline (whether IMR or Driver) of the Driver who is changing Sponsors.

  • Full Access The Seller will permit representatives of the Buyer to have full access at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of the Seller to the Property and to obtain copies of all books, records, contracts, and documents of or pertaining to the Property.

  • System Access Control Data processing systems used to provide the Cloud Service must be prevented from being used without authorization.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Project Background 6.1.1. Brief description of Contracting Agency’s project background and/or situation leading to this Project

  • Construction Observation The Consultant shall make periodic on-site observations of the Project in accordance with Exhibit A. The purpose of the on-site observations will be to observe the progress and quality of the construction work being carried on to determine if the work is proceeding in accordance with the Construction Documents. Unless otherwise stated in Exhibit A, the Consultant shall not be required to make exhaustive or continuous on-site observations to check the quality or quantity of the work.
