Pavement Patching Fees. If the City Engineer approves a Licensee’s request to excavate or cut into a City street or alley, Licensee shall pay the standard pavement patching fee imposed by the Code, which is $120 + $3.91 per square foot over the first 25 feet, or if the permanent surfacing is less than five years old an increased fee, which shall be 400 percent of the patching fee during the initial year after the date the street paving was accepted by the city, 340 percent of the patching fee after the first year, 280 percent of the patching fee after the second year, 220 percent of the patching fee after the third year, and 160 percent of the patching fee after the fourth year.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.

  • Specialist Schools Allowance Funding equivalent to that which a maintained school with the Academy's characteristics would receive in respect of their participation in the specialist schools programme. In the year of conversion, this may continue to be paid by the Local Authority;

  • Reimbursement Option Provided that the Recipient satisfies the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Recipient may elect to receive Fund proceeds for land acquisition directly from the OPWC after Closing. After Closing, which Closing shall not occur until the Recipient's submission of the Request to Proceed and the Recipient's receipt of the Notice to Proceed, the Recipient may submit a Disbursement Request to the OPWC for reimbursement of acquisition and other eligible costs. The Recipient shall attach to the Disbursement Request a copy of: (i) the executed and recorded deed, or such other instrument conveying the interest approved by the Director, with respect to the Land acquired by the Recipient, (ii) a copy of the recorded Deed Restrictions, (iii) a copy of the executed settlement statement, (iv) certification, or other documentation acceptable to the Director from the Title Agent that the Recipient has marketable title in and to the Land, and (v) such other documentation required by the OPWC. After receipt of such documentation, and subject to Recipient's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the OPWC shall disburse Funds payable under this Agreement.

  • Paid Sick Leave For those jurisdictions that have passed or will pass legislation requiring Paid Sick Leave, Paid Sick Time will be billed back to Client at the straight-time bill rate for all hours taken by any Consultant assigned to Client. This section is not applicable until the effective date of such legislation has been reached.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.
