PAY AND CLASSIFICATION. 6.1 The recognized classifications and those rates of pay which are to be effective during the period of this Memorandum of Understanding are enumerated in Appendix "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. The appendix reflects wage adjustments as follows: A three (3%) percent across the salary schedule increase effective January 1, 2016. A three (3%) percent across the salary schedule increase effective January 1, 2017. A three (3%) percent across the salary schedule increase effective January 1, 2018. A three (3%) percent across the salary schedule increase effective January 1, 2019. A three (3%) percent across the salary schedule increase effective January 1, 2020.
