Pay Fees Promptly. Payments made past the deadlines in accordance with the Schedule will be subject to a 1.25% interest charge per month (14.55% effective annual rate) on any outstanding balance. Students who pay their second/third/fourth installment Residence Fees late, or fail to pay their telephone bills by the deadline date, will not be eligible to re-apply for accommodation in Residence in the future.
