Pay in Lieu of Benefits. Any bargaining unit employees who have elected the pay in lieu of benefits as of December 1, 2019, will be able to maintain this status until they elect otherwise or separate from employment. No further such election will be offered to employees after that date. The Employer will continue to comply with the Washington Safe/Sick law.
