Pay Practices. A. The Board will recommend to the Comptroller of the City of New York that he itemize more fully employee pay checks and that he/she provide accompanying explanations when lump sum payments are made. B. In the event that any payment is not paid on the date due under the Municipal Coalition Memorandum of Economic Agreement, such payment when made shall be paid retroactive to such due date. C. Employees shall be given 15 minutes off to cash paychecks when they are scheduled to work until 3 p.m. on a pay day. ARTICLE XXVI BULLETIN BOARDS A bulletin board shall be reserved at an accessible place in each school or other work location for the exclusive use of the Union for purposes of posting material dealing with proper and legitimate Union business concerning employees in the unit.
