PAY STATEMENT. The Employer shall provide each employee with a separate or detachable written or printed itemized statement in respect of all wage payments made to such employee. Such statements shall set forth the dated pay period, total hours worked or paid for, the total miles driven (where applicable), the total overtime hours worked, either at time and one-half (I or double time the rate of wages applicable, and all deductions made from the gross amount of wages. I Error in Pay When less than one (1) day's time has been missed, it will be paid on the next pay day. All other time missed will be paid forthwith after being brought to the Employer's attention, provided it was the Employer's error. If it was not the Employer's error, the time missed shall be paid on the next pay day.
