Common use of PAYEE DESIGNATION Clause in Contracts

PAYEE DESIGNATION. All payments made pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement to be made to Institutions by Acorda (and/or its Affiliates) under this Agreement shall be paid by telegraphic transfer to the account of Cambridge University Technical Services Ltd at Barclays Bank of Bene’t Street, Business Centre, ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, sort code 20-17-19 account number ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The Parties agree that payments made by Acorda and/or its Affiliates and received by CUTS shall satisfy Acorda’s payment obligations to the Institutions hereunder.
