Common use of Payee Information Clause in Contracts

Payee Information. You must provide sufficient information about each payee in order for the Bank to sufficiently execute your ▇▇▇▇ Pay transaction. This includes but is not limited to the payee name, mailing address and phone number. In addition, you may be asked to provide an account number or other invoice number as it appears on any ▇▇▇▇ or invoice from this payee. If you provide incorrect payee information, the Bank shall not be liable for the recovery of any funds sent to a wrong or incorrect payee and you will be liable for the amount of the payment to the intended payee. You are responsible for having sufficient funds in your Bank account to complete the ▇▇▇▇ Pay request.
