Common use of Payment After Maturity Clause in Contracts

Payment After Maturity. Within 30 days after Maturity of a Stock Unit, the Company shall pay to the Participant a cash amount equal to one-quarter (1/4) of the Appreciation Value at the most recent fiscal quarter end. On each of the first, second and third anniversaries that payment date, the Company shall pay to the Participant one-quarter (1/4) of the Appreciation Value calculated at the most recent fiscal quarter end.
