Common use of Payment and Calculation of Interest Clause in Contracts

Payment and Calculation of Interest. All interest shall be: (a) payable in arrears commencing January 1, 2003 and on the same day of each month thereafter until the principal together with all interest and other charges payable with respect to the Loan shall be fully paid; and (b) calculated on the basis of a 360 day year and the actual number of days elapsed. Each change in the Prime Rate shall simultaneously change the Variable Rate payable under this Agreement. Interest at the Effective LIBO Rate shall be computed from and including the first day of the applicable Interest Period to, but excluding, the last day thereof.
