Payment Authorization and Remittance. By providing Bank and its bill pay service provider with names and account information of Payees to whom you wish to direct payments, you authorize Bank and its bill pay service provider to follow the Payment Instructions that it receives through the payment system. In order to process your payments, Bank or its bill pay service provider may edit or alter payment data or data formats in accordance with Payee directives.
