Payment Card Clause Samples

Payment Card. Number means a 16-digit number indicated on the front side of the Payment Card, which is one of the details of the Payment Card;

Payment Card a payment card (VISA, MasterCard or cards of other payment system) emitted by Pay Unicard, the mean of payment, which is connected to the Client's E-wallet and which is used by the Client according to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

Payment Card. For LB Services that are paid via payment card, Customer is responsible for either (i) enabling auto-recharge on the payment card or (ii) ensuring that the payment card has a sufficient positive balance to cover the undisputed Charges due. Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that ▇▇▇▇ may use a third-party intermediary to process credit and debit card payments, in which case such third-party intermediary will have access to, store, and use Customer’s billing data as necessary to process its payment.

Payment Card. The CABCONNECT CardONE™ programmable physical card provided by COUNTY to Pilot Participants in their name for the purchase of On- demand transportation services by a Taxi Vehicle or Transportation Network Company provider.

Payment Card. A credit card (a card issued to Customers by a bank or business authorizing the holder to buy goods or services on credit), charge card (a card issued to Customers by a store, bank, or other organization, used to charge purchases to an account which must be paid in full at the end of every month), or debit card (a card used in lieu of cash that authorizes the holder to buy goods and services, but which is not a credit card or charge card) that is accepted by Participants as payment for goods or services.

Payment Card any credit card, debit card or prepaid card, whose details are provided by the Customer at the time of Registration or at the time of the first Deferred Purchase, to be used for the debiting of payments due under this Agreement, as well as for crediting any Refunds, or any other card used in place of the one initially indicated during the Agreement relationship;

Payment Card a card that is valid at all Seller’s compressed gas stations and electric vehicle charging stations.
