Common use of Payment Date Other Than a Business Day Clause in Contracts

Payment Date Other Than a Business Day. If any payment with respect to a payment of any principal of, premium (including, for the avoidance of doubt, Cash Sweep Premium), accrued and unpaid interest, or Additional Amounts, if any, on any Note (including any payment to be made on any date fixed for redemption or purchase of any Note) is due on a day which is not a Business Day (the amount of such payment being a “Non-Business Day Payment Amount”), then the payment need not be made on such date, but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on such date, and no interest will accrue on such Non-Business Day Payment Amount for the intervening period.
