Payment for any Option Shares. it is hereby further acknowledged and agreed that, during the Term and any continuance of this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to exercise any Option granted and pay for the same by way of the prior agreement of the Executive, in the Executive’s sole and absolute discretion, and with the prior knowledge of the Parent Company, to settle any indebtedness which may be due and owing by the Companies under this Agreement in payment for the exercise price of any Option Shares acquired thereunder.
