Payment for Time Worked. An 38.2.1 Except for the reference to “Shift work on Public Holidays” in this agreement, an employee who works on any holiday provided for in this clause shall for all time worked on that day day, be paid at the rate of double time and a half.
38.2.2 Payment shall be at the rates prescribed by this agreement for the occupation in which the employee is employed.
