Payment for Utilities. Tenant will pay, when due, all such charges which accrue during the Term of every nature, kind or description for utilities furnished to any Property Location or chargeable against any Property Location, including all charges for water, sewage, heat, gas, light, garbage, electricity, telephone, steam, power, or other public or private utility services. Prior to commencement of the Term, Tenant shall pay for all utilities or services at any Property Location used by it or its affiliates, agents, employees or contractors.
