Common use of Payment for Utilities Clause in Contracts

Payment for Utilities. The Tenant shall pay promptly when due all charges, costs, accounts and any other sums payable by reason of the supply of the utilities and services to the Premises. The Landlord, at its sole cost and expense, shall be required to install separate meter(s), to measure consumption of any utilities and services. The Tenant shall contract with and pay the supplier directly.
