Common use of Payment for Utilities Clause in Contracts

Payment for Utilities. Tenant shall pay for all utilities used in or on the Leased Premises including the cost of water, sewage, electricity, and natural gas. In the event such utilities are not separately metered and billed to Tenant, Landlord shall make a reasonable estimate of Tenant's share of such utility costs and Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for such utilities as Additional Rent due on the first day of the calendar month next following rendition of a ▇▇▇▇ therefor.
