Payment in Lieu of Benefits. Effective ratification, part time team members who have completed their probationary period will receive fifteen cents ($0.15) per hour worked in lieu of group benefits effective ratification. At the commencement of Year 3 of the collective agreement, this rate will increase to twenty cents ($0.20) per hour. At the commencement of Year 4 of the collective agreement, this rate will increase to twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour.
