Payment in Lieu of Benefits. ‌ a) All employees not transferred to the Trust who received pay in lieu of benefits under a collective agreement in effect as of August 31, 2014, shall continue to receive the same benefit. b) New hires after the Participation Date who are eligible for benefits from the CUPE EWBT are not eligible for pay in lieu of benefits. C5.6‌ a) Benefits Committee A benefits committee comprised of the employee representatives, the employer representatives, including the Crown, and Trust Representatives will meet to address all matters that may arise in the operation of the Trust. This committee is currently known as “TRAC 3”. ‌ a) Privacy The Parties agree to inform the Trust Plan Administrator, that in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, the Trust Plan Administrator shall limit the collection, use and disclosure of personal information to information that is necessary for the purpose of providing benefits administration services. The Trust Plan Administrator’s policy shall also be based on the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
