PAYMENT, INVOICE AND RELATED TERMS. The Association shall pay for services performed by the Provider during the service performance period of this Agreement according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement in an amount not to exceed that set forth in Attachment G, Provider Allocation Agreement, subject to the availability of funds and satisfactory performance of all terms by the Provider.
