Common use of Payment, invoice Clause in Contracts

Payment, invoice. (a) Subject to clause 6.3, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will provide the Client with an invoice for the Services Fee which the Client must pay within [7] days of the date of the invoice. (b) The Client must pay to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ on demand all costs, charges and expenses, including legal costs on a full indemnity basis, incurred by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the collection of any overdue account, or incurred by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ due to any breach of this agreement by the Client.
