Common use of Payment Method Used Clause in Contracts

Payment Method Used. The method of payment for this contract is a combination of Fixed-Fee/Unit Rate, Cost Reimbursement, and Advance Payments subject to the availability of funds and Contractor performance. The Department will pay the Contractor upon satisfactory completion of the Tasks/Deliverables, as specified in Section II.D., and in accordance with all other terms and conditions of this contract.
