By providing Microsoft with a payment method, Customer (1) consents to Microsoft’s use of account information regarding the selected payment method provided by the issuing bank or applicable payment network; (2) represents that it is authorized to use that payment method and that any payment information it provides is true and accurate; (3) represents that the payment method was established and is used primarily for commercial purposes and not for personal, family or household use; and (4) authorizes Microsoft to charge Customer using that payment method for orders under this Agreement.
