Common use of Payment of Additional Compensation Clause in Contracts

Payment of Additional Compensation. The Adviser agrees to pay an Incentive Fee to each Underwriter in the amount set forth opposite the name of such Underwriter on Schedule B hereof, computed in accordance with the formulas set forth in Schedule A hereto. The compensation payable hereunder shall be paid on or before June [—], 2012, by wire transfer of immediately available funds to the bank account designated by each Underwriter.
