Common use of Payment of Additional Rents Clause in Contracts

Payment of Additional Rents. As provided for in Section 6.06.E, not later than ten (10) days after the end of each calendar month, Airline shall pay the Additional Rents (including landing fees, other use charges and ground handling fees) due for the previous month. By the tenth (10th) day of the month, Airline shall remit an itemized calculation of amounts of Additional Rents on individual self-invoicing reports, the formats for which will be provided and revised from time to time by City.
